Jacob grew up working on cow/calf operations in Michigan, Mississippi, Florida, and Wyoming. Jacob graduated high school in Okeechobee, Florida. In 2020, Jacob graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wyoming College of Agriculture and Natural Resources with his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business. Following graduation, Jacob spent another three years in Laramie, Wyoming, where he attended the University of Wyoming College of Law graduating with honors.
Jacob and his wife Taylor enjoy helping on their family’s farm and ranch, hiking in the Black Hills, and attending his family’s annual bull sale.
