Ashley was raised in Sioux Falls. She attended the University of South Dakota and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law, graduating with high honors.
After serving as a law clerk for the First Judicial Circuit Court in South Dakota, Ashley was the legal counsel for the Department of Corrections where she represented the Board of Pardons and Paroles. Prior to joining Gunderson Palmer, Ashley was the City Attorney for beautiful Spearfish, South Dakota.
Ashley and her husband have two children who keep them busy with their activities. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys biking, road trips, and exploring the Black Hills.
