We advise group practices and healthcare organizations on issues related to federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including Medicare false claims, Stark Law, Anti-kickback compliance, HIPAA, and a variety of reform initiatives. We also assist clients in matters relating to licensure status and accreditation issues with the South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners and other licensure boards.
