Kyle is a partner at Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson & Ashmore, LLP, and his varied practice permits him to serve clients in any commercial and business setting, including litigation, business transactions, and general corporate/business advice. He represents a variety of privately-held corporations, limited liability companies, and other professional organizations. Kyle provides practical and effective legal counsel to his clients to efficiently and effectively guide business decisions, handle litigation, or complete a transaction.

Kyle holds an A/V Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell, representing the highest level of professional excellence. He has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for business and corporate law.

Kyle has significant experience in business and partnership disputes, litigating real property and land disputes, employment matters, and other complex commercial claims. In his diverse business and corporate law practice, Kyle has handled all aspects of real estate transfers and development, including title work, and has handled breach of contract and fraud cases, construction cases, partnership disputes, including disputes related to non-competition and non-solicitation, and other fiduciary duty and shareholder derivative litigation.

He grew up in South Dakota, and earned his B.A. from Christopher Newport University in Virginia. Kyle is also a proud alumnus of the Semester at Sea program and is a graduate of the South Dakota School of Law, where he was Sterling Honors graduate and South Dakota Law Review Managing Editor. After law school, Kyle served as a law clerk to the South Dakota Supreme Court. Kyle and his wife, Cynthia, live in Rapid City with their daughter.
